For the second exhibition of 2015, SAVERNACK STREET and its companion exhibition space STATION GALLERY showed Oakland - based artist Carissa Potter’s unique work in a two-part exhibition. In conversation, Your Body Remembers/& It Will Go On contain works that address our understanding about the NOW.

 

Your Body Remembers, an installation that brings the visitor experience into the inside of a shell, is paired with a print with directions on how to reconnect. (With what, you ask? Carissa’s print will guide you.) & It Will Go On, on view simultaneously at STATION GALLERY, is a custom stamp watch that gives limitless amounts of time to anything/anyone it comes in contact with.
